Employed to head up commercial property services and survey & valuation departments based in Taunton with surveyors undertaking work for clients throughout Somerset, Devon and Dorset via our network of 17 offices. A total of 27 years’ experience, specialising in commercial agency, valuations, landlord & tenant negotiations, expert witness referrals and property management. Also experienced in preparing and negotiating dilapidation claims and schedules of condition.
